I don't think the buyer read the description (definitely our fault for not saying Icart style in title) Instead of allowing me to assist, they said the wife threw it away. What can I do or say? I never got a reply to my offer of help. I ALWAYS want to have a happy customer but unfortunately they didn't give me a chance this time.
