  Customer made a purchase that was listed for 10 business days on the shipping and handling. This timeframe was correct as my shipment was inbound and would ship to them in that time window. When I contacted them to touch base about about the wait time, they asked to cancel the order and didn't want to wait. After I promptly cancelled the order, they left negative feedback despite my clear and transparent communication. At the end of the day customer satisfaction is my goal. Kind regards

  The buyer received an entirely different item because there was an error with the international shipment overseas due to the mail carrier. However, I worked with them immediately to process a return and get a new order out, but the buyer didn't want to proceed. At the end of the day customer satisfaction is my goal. Kind regards
