  These seem to be high quality. As described the condition is new. I feel that these are an exceptional value, The appearance was better than expected. They were packed well. I ordered patches at the same time from New Jersey. The patches arrived in 2 days. These took a lot longer to arrive but considering the items and mail I am very happy with the product.
