  I selected a grade B 3DS. I assumed it was in clean working condition. And on the outside it was. However it was a japanese Console. I am in Canada. So its region locked. This being a canadian seller i assumed it was a north american 3DS. It was not. But it was clearly a modded DS as well, but. It refuses to play any cartridge. It was never specified these were modded. All i get are error codes when starting up any cartridge. Do not buy here. No refunds for things like this. Go anywhere else.
