  Packaging, shipping was very good. However, upon inspection of the power cord, there was damage which kept the lights from working. Nothing that can not be corrected.

  Item was delivered to Baton Rouge LA not Michigan when I told dealer about it he asked how he could make it right I said either a refund or replacement product. He never answered my request instead told me to contact the PO but later said he would and let me know the outcome. I gave up with the seller and contacted eBay and like magic my item came. I should not spent hours of my off duty hours following behind the seller when a single refund would of made me happy and he deal with the PO.
