Though the Wii game I ordered was scratched and did not work on my personal Wii, they issued a full refund and did not ask me to send the item back. They responded to my return request in minutes and let me know the item worked on their machine before posting the item. It could possible be my Wii, but my other games work. I can tell this seller is committed to selling quality items and takes action to ensure customers get that quality.
