However packaging was not sufficient for a delicate item and sadly it arrived broken :( Seller was quick to respond, apologized for the incident, and promptly issued a refund.     I always have issues when buying from charity shops. Parts were missing, they then sent the missing parts but weren't packaged well so were damaged in transit. They should stick to selling in shops & not online. Leaving positive feedback as it is a charity shop after all & price was low

    Hello, I'm sorry that this happened as it is not the service we intend to provide. We offered a 20% discount which you accepted, so I understood that this issue was resolved satisfactorily. We also offered a full refund if you wished to return it, which you declined.
