  Complete scam, I had messaged the seller just the verify it was a medium sized and she confirmed. Came in the mail it’s maybe 3 inches big. Nothing looking like a jellycat.

  I recently received the item I purchased from you (Order ID: 376463114262) and unfortunately, it arrived wet and in an unacceptable condition. This is very disappointing, as I expected the item to be properly packaged and protected during transit. Due to the moisture, the item was or compromised, and I am not comfortable keeping it in this state. I would appreciate it if you could offer a resolution—a full refund
