Unfortunately New, sealed DVD arrived with a loose disc which you can hear moving around within sealed DVD case when handled. Contacted seller whom responded saying they don’t send out DVD with loose discs and said disc must have come loose in transit. Seller did not offer refund or replacement. I have bought many new DVD’s over the years and have never received one with a loose disc.
