  The screen had been changed but it wasn’t indicated on the narration, the front camera seems not to be so clear but I watching it. The phone came not very clean but acceptable. I could have said good value for money if I didn’t have to fix the front camera and probably the screen again. It sure looks used. For the money I paid, what do I expect?

  Gave me a phone that was marked as lost or stolen, even though they did a 22 point check. I couldn't activate at ATT. The phone had the biggest screen on it that was raised up from the edged. Not flush at all, which means they put on a LCD screen instead of an OLED screen like they are supposed to have. They lost all my trust. I can't buy anymore phones from them.

  While all of our eBay Refurbished phones can have non-OEM parts, they are backed by our 60-day warranty and so when you reached out last week we provided a pre-paid return shipping label so you can return the device for your full refund. This feedback is the first that you have mentioned the activation issue. I just checked your device's IMEI in Phonecheck and it is coming back as clear and not blacklisted and so this is definitely unusual. Rest assured, we will investigate this when returned.
