  I made two mistakes with my transaction. First I gave the wrong shipping address. And then when I had a comment for the seller, I posted it accidentally in my attempt to private message the seller. In both cases, I was met with kindness. I will continue to shop here as the seller treated my negligence with grace. THANK YOU

  I am very sorry to hear that the leather on the strap failed and this is certainly not what I would expect from a Hirsch watch strap. I am surprised that you did not contact me directly, because had you reached out to me prior to leaving the negative feedback I am sure that we could have resolved this problem. regards Deborah
