  I am having a problem getting my funds returned from this seller. They say they refunded me, but there is no evidence of receipt of the funds. When I contacted them, they told me they don't handle funds. I think they might have to initiate the return of funds. I have turned this over to ebay. I don't recommend these sellers. I feel they have been very unhelpful.

  Items are automatically refunded by eBay when tracking shows successfully delivery to the seller. As a private merchant on eBay, we are not able to look up buyers billing information and determine what card the funds were transferred to. Refunds are always applied to the original source of payment.
