After ordering a knife on eBay and having problems with it, I tried to contact the seller to resolve the problem. The response I received was so rude that I couldn't understand why that company was selling as much as I was seeing in their records of sales.
So I decided to start selling on eBay, and outdoor products and cutlery is something I love.
