    The item was shipped quickly; however, the item received was not in the color described. Contacted the seller who acknowledged her mistake. She provided me a full refund including shipping costs and provided a return shipping label. She made the sale right, and was extremely sorry for the listing error. I would purchase from her again should the need arise. The packaging was excellent and the value of the item was great.

    SusanD is an excellent seller, I've been looking for a new vcr for a while now since my old one started to eat tapes. The VCR was shipped to me lightning quick and packed quite nicely, VCR was as described and provided a valueable piece: A working remote. Excellent service and I will gladly do business again with SusanD's Stop and shop in the near future.
