  My purchase had to go through production and that took a few weeks. I did not know it had to so I wrote the seller a few times and they were very prompt at messaging me back! I am very pleased with their customer service and they were so nice. Once tracking was available and had shipping customer service contacted me they said they would to give me the information.   Inaccurate description. Listed item shows a complete costume, actual item has no headgear. Seller issued a partial refund that barely covered the cost of shipping. Would not recommend 😕
