  The keyboard I received is faulty, 2 keys are not working N & B , tried to contact the seller but no answer, seems like the seller is ignoring my messages. Very disappointed with this item, after waiting a while, I was expecting to get my laptop working with this keyboard. Avoid this seller at all cost. Not professional not recommended.

  his old keyboard has the exact same problem, obviously it's a motherboard contact problem. and we accepted the return.
