  They arrived earlier than expected. Like any zero water filters these are high quality products. Their condition was mostly new. There were a few holes in the bags which was a bit off putting. But the filters themselves had the tamper evident seals which weren’t altered. The filters themselves were definitely brand new. If you value drinking water free of fluoride & micro plastics these filters are worth every penny. & the appearance of the bags was the same as in the pictures.
