  One of the speakers has no low range. when I looked the speaker over, I can tell that woofer is not able to freely move. Speaker sounds horrible and is unusable.

  I am adding zones to an existing whole-house system, so I am very familiar with the Monoprice 6-channel amps and I like them. I decided to buy a used unit to save some money for zones that are lower priority. Overall, this used system works fine, but 1 of the 6 keypad controllers does not respond to IR commands. I can locate this keypad in a room where I don't expect to need to skip or replay songs, but it's a bit of an annoyance.

  You should change your ad because in your ad it says the frequency response is 25HZ to 250 HZ and it’s not it’s 50 HZ to 250 HZ there are two models, one older model and one newer model the newer model is only from 50 to 250. The older model is from 25 to 2:50. I would not have purchased the sub that I known that it was 50 to 250. That’s why I asked if it was the 109732 or the 90732.
