    Hi this happen over the weekend so I wasn't available to answer your message sorry about that I wasn't home, but I however did approved the return I wish I had another copy to offer to you but that was my only one. It also can be that your wii u is having issues I double check this games before shipping them and this one was working properly on my wii u. Regardless I do apologize about this and a refund will be made to you for this as well a 20 percent discount of any other item in my store.

    It appears to be an authentic copy of the game in top top condition. For 30 odd dollars (before shipping and tax), it's a wonderful buy. Only nag I have is that it said same day shipping but it's not same day shipping.
