  Seller illegally used Media Mail (book rate) shipping for this hand soap. Arrived with $11.27 postage due. When USPS thinks they are being scammed, they are allowed to open the box. They did. I asked seller for only $5 back to compensate, but they would not respond. Returning the package would only give me the original amount paid and not the extra shipping, so I will keep them.
