  It was the horrible experience I’ve ever had in my shopping. It received completely used with a lot of scratches and the worst thing was the device doesn’t work. I must say I used to have exactly same device from 2022 from Amazon but my device broke down in 2024. My device looked better than this device after two years of working day and night.

  You told me in a message that it just didn't have enough power and you didn't like it. i asked you to return it and i never heard back from you. As an ebay seller, everything in my store is guaranteed, therefore you never have to lie about the product or the seller to receive a refund. You understand my frustration when you told me you just didn't like it, returned my item to me used, scratched, and unsellable. Also, negative feedback for absolutely no reason. Do not abuse ebay's policies.
