  Shipping was quick and packaged well. Seller also sends detailed instructions to activate the starter. Warns that there might take a few feedings after activating starter before you see some activity. We'll I received today and activated per the instructions, added flour after the suggested wait and this evening I already see lots of activity. This is a very strong culture, I highly recommend. Can't wait until it has been fed a while so I can use it. 🙂

  I waited until I baked a loaf of bread to give feedback. This is an excellent, strong starter. It's the third one I have purchased. The first was ok, but slowly died. The second got moldy quickly. This rose the best, double what the others did.

  Item arrived in perfect condition, packaged all safe and sound! The starter appears exactly as described, and at a very nice price. Really love that it comes with clear and concise directions on how to start the starter. Currently working on giving this starter life, but so far it seems worth every penny.
