  The sink is perfect, absolutely fabulous. I found this sink on other sites but Taps UK was the best price by far. I emailed the company, as I'd a couple of questions re: the sink and waste. They replied within the hour! The sink arrived very quickly and well packaged. It is now fitted and looks amazing!! Thank you. I would highly recommend using this company.

  The sink arrived brand new in the box. We opened the box and started to fit the sink when we noticed a small hair line crack in the corner of the sink. We contacted the seller to report the issue and the response was that the drain kit has been fitted so it's was damaged after delivery so will not return. Buyers beware as this seller is selling faulty second hand products. The sink didn't have the original packing to protect it in the box as you can see in the photos

  Hello, thank you for your feedback. As advised in our messages, the sinks are not sent with the waste kits fully fitted like this so installation has been attempted, and you also advised us that you did not believe it to be courier damage. Any items damaged during installation cannot be returned as not in a sellable condition, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty.

  Buying large or heavy items online is daunting. This purchase experience was excellent. Not installed yet but the sink appears to be faultless quality as does the drainer. Taps uk are responsive to messages and Furdeco were also extremely helpful with a delivery slot, a call beforehand and two very helpful men to carry the sink inside. They were patient while I checked the quality. An excellent service and sink appears perfect.
