Home business selling Sports Trading cards, signs, antiques & crafts. Started this online business with my husband in March 2021. Trying to make some quality income while offering great products. Just a couple of entrepreneurs on the journey of business and life together.     The card was listed as NM or better. When received in a sealed envelope, inside of a penny sleeve and a top loader, I noticed a rough scratch on the artwork of the card. Messaged the seller regarding that, only met with attitude. "We didn't scratch it" not even acknowledging that damage like this isnt possible in transit due to the protective sleeves it was in. Further advised seller would be seeking eBay's help to refund this purchase, seller threatens to report me as a "scam".

    Had a bit of a scare with the post office not wanting to deliver it for an unknown reason and they almost sent it back to the seller. I reached out to the seller, and they were incredible at easing my mind and assured me that if it was sent back them for any reason that they would make sure it got to me.
