Tatiana East was started because I got tired of paying high prices for cheap barware. I knew I could do better! I hope you’ll find a tool you genuinely enjoy using or learn something interesting from one of my guides.
I’ve put a lot of effort into sourcing great tools and creating content that I think’s worth your time — not easy for what is essentially a one woman shop! If you’re an industry professional I hope you find something useful here as well! I’ve worked in the industry for a while and I know where you’re coming from, how long the shifts are, and because I test everything I sell I know what tools really work when your in the weeds and still want to look good.

As someone who has broken a bunch of strainers by rapping them against the edges of containers, I was surprised to find that no one else seems to care about strainer durability... except this seller! This product directly addresses the design defects of spot-welded strainers, and I'm happy I found it. (And I didn't find any other strainers with similar design anywhere else on the web, except for very very large strainers.)
