  I was excited for this pendant, listed as containing a diamond. I paid $68.79 total. A jeweler later confirmed it’s actually a white sapphire. The seller used a Presidium Gem Tester, known for false positives and requiring further verification—which wasn’t done. The pendant also arrived uncleaned. Disappointed in the lack of care and accuracy. For nearly $70, I expected honesty from a seller claiming vintage jewelry expertise.

  I’m sorry this piece didn’t meet your expectations. I did offer a return with full reimbursement, which has not yet occurred The pendant was tested using a Presidium Gem Tester, a common tool in the vintage jewelry field, and described based on that reading. I take great care in preparing each piece before it goes out. I understand that not every buyer will be satisfied, but I stand by my integrity as a seller and always aim to resolve issues fairly.
