  He sold me an item that was used and unable to be used. Its also damaged. Would not recommend.

  The item was clearly listed as used in good condition and matched the description. It was shipped the next day with expedited USPS service. Unfortunately, the carrier caused a delay and damage during transit—something outside our control. As soon as the issue was reported, we issued a full refund, including shipping, immediately. We always aim for excellent customer service and resolved the issue promptly, even though the buyer remained unresponsive and still left negative feedback.
