One of the two sticks of memory were defective so i tried to contact them to see about getting a replacement instead of shipping back to return. As many have mentioned i got no response so i had to file for a return (they make the buyer pay shipping so thats almost not worth the hassle on an item of this price). In the end they did a refund without before i had a chance to ship back the one good stick of memory so im leaving a positive feedback. If they answer messages they would do much better.
