  The item itself was fine, although not as advertised. The service was appalling and the listing was inaccurate. There was no mention of no returns anywhere on the listing. Returns policy stated returns accepted if in original condition, original packaging, and/or not as advertised, which I met, but seller refused return, & didn’t have the decency to respond to my message asking why. Poor service! Would not buy from this seller for anything.

  Despite being advertised as an unlocked phone for use with a number of carriers, the phone could not make or receive phone calls from my Amaysim provider (no dial tone when I tried to ring out and incoming calls went to voicemail, which I could not access). Amaysim supplied a new SIM card, however this didn't fix the fault. The seller advised that it was likely a "frequency problem". Phone had no manual, model hard to find on Alcatel website. Phone returned 17 May, no refund as yet, 1 June.
