  Item was a download so it came really quickly. It did take a while for the download to complete as it was over a GIG in size. It's a really good value for the complete set of Harry Potter books. This set was narrated by a different person than Jim Dale, but he did a good job. Of high quality.

  The pictures are great, but more than that, the customer service was stellar. I was having a tough time downloading them and Tracy took the time to extract each picture individually and send them. I would definitely recommend buying from her.
