  Item arrived initially not working - after communicating with the seller that I'd need to look into this further, and troubleshooting that included some disassembly, I was able to get things up and running. This could have happened in shipping, but the actual source of the problem I'd categorize as a manufacturing defect. The product otherwise was as described - 5 stars, thanks!

  Absolute Worst! Shipped super slow, definitely NOT the shipping speed stated on the post. I ordered 3 and only received 2. Also, as others have said, power cord shown in pics but not delivered. I contacted the seller and he offered a partial refund to go buy the cord somewhere else, but as he probably knows, this cord isn't really available anywhere else. I had to wait until eBay was able to force the return due to get refunded. This seller give all eBay Sellers a bad rep and should be banned!!!
