  The carrier caused all the problems with this order. The Tenko Store did everything they could to rectify this mess. I've bought a few items from Tenko Store. Never a problem. I support their 100% rating 100%. The package arrived, the vase in a dozen pieces. The vase was packaged as all Tenko's shipments have been - well padded & secure. If 1 piece the vase would be exactly as described. Any shipping problems are by the carrier. If whole, this would have been a great value. Seller +++++

  Great experience. Shipped fast, arrived earlier than expected and it is as described, looks just like the pictures. Came in nice packaging, and really good value for the price.   Great packing and shipping. Fast. the only issue was the color of the vase was less green than the photo by 3 shades. This I feel could have been mentioned in the listing. I kept it becuase it was still quite nice.
