    Back in 2007, disillusioned with the rat race, we decided to pack it all in, sell our possessions and buy one-way tickets to Asia, where we began an exciting new adventure exploring new worlds, cultures, music and nature.
    Fascinated by the diversity and skills we saw as we wandered through endless markets, souks and streetstalls, we formed an idea to set up a small business importing some of these ethical and fairly traded items into Scotland. As we travelled around, we met with artisans, women's co-operatives, traditional weavers and other craftspeople and over time we developed lasting business relationships with them.
    Business with a personal basis.
    We placed emphasis on fair trade, mutual respect and sustainability, and by cutting out the middlemen we were able to find a competitive niche in the UK craft market. The result is Terrapin Trading Ltd.

    Seller got in touch and were honest about not having the colour I ordered in stock, which was fine, it happens; I asked for it to get to me before my holiday, it arrived very next day!     Possible miss leading sale. ew message to: terrapin-fair-trade (12,529 ) So you are saying the picture shown of an item you are selling was sold 12 years ago? So you have been misleading people all this time. So you are expecting to sell this item to people without them knowing what type of design they shall be receiving? On your sale no choice was available regards design, so you expect to receive the item displayed. Picture sent Not good practice will be informing eBay regarding this sale

    We have indeed been selling these for 12 years. But we did not know if was so significantly different. Normally they are close to the one pictured. As explained our items are handmade and part of the attraction i that they will be slightly different each time you buy. This one has slipped through the net. You were already offered a return label even before i saw this picture.

    Lovely sleeping bag liner, great both for my travels and when it is hard to sleep under a duvet in this hot weather. It's the third one I've bought over the years, the others are still going strong just wanted a spare for the camper van. Great value, and they last really well. all as described in the listing.
