  Shipping was fine, packaging was bad. There was bubble wrap thrown in the polymailer with the pin but was not connected. Communication was not existent. Item was very used, and described as used. Good value I guess as price was right for condition.

  This item was not well packaged, although the ceramic cups were wrapped individually in bubble wrap, there was not enough packaging in the box to keep them from bumping around freely inside the box. When they arrived one had hairline cracks in it. I contacted the seller immediately to get a partial refund and didn't hear back. Do not recommend, and wouldn't purchase a breakable item from this seller again in the future.
