    Never in 25 years has anyone left anything other than a positive for a 100% refund to them for a breakage. She was made 100% whole within 24 hours of her report. In all my years only a hand full of breakage, All made 100% whole immediately But Never anything other than a positive feedback. Shocked !!

    Seller reached out and addressed my frustrations and corrected the situation. The situation was not directly her fault and at the end of the day I would say a misunderstanding. She made good on her word and in today s world that s a blessing.
