    Had trouble changing size, my local jeweler said that I needed a special tool. I ordered the tool and it's the same ordinary link removal tool that I have. It's putting the link pin back in that is the problem. I feel stuck and might ship it to Stauer, more money. The watch is beautiful to look at but I can't wear it.

    Watch was represented well in the photos and in better shape than expected. It’ll be a brand new watch with a crystal and capacitor. The watch was well packaged and arrived quickly. I got a great deal and would not hesitate to purchase from vendor again.

    came as described, and amazingly packaged. they were very nice to shorten the strap for me when i requested that. AND they sent me a nice handwritten note with an extra battery included. Just all around great service.
