  Beautiful rug and incredible service! There was a small issue with my order and the seller worked quickly and sympathetically to resolve it, prior to shipping. Intl rate from GB to France was reasonable and the customs process was greatly simplified by the seller’s choice of carrier! Packing was safe and secure. Many thanks—I will be back!

  This was the third rug I’ve purchased from this seller out of seven Rugs i need. The first two rugs were posted via UPS and was delivered nearly the next day, fantastic service. Then on the last delivery Yodel was used and what a nightmare. 5 days late. I genuinely wouldn’t trust yodel deliveries with a £7.50 child’s toy never mind a £750 rug. I have now sourced a different seller for the four remaining rugs.
