  The seller failed to disclose that the autograph was originally personalized, and that the personalized part was removed, but remnants remained and we’re very noticeable once the item was in hand. I recommended a partial refund which was denied by the seller. In the end, the seller accepted the return as they should have. Seller should have disclosed the fact that this was a personalized autographed that was removed .
