  The seller shipped my item to the incorrect address as the FedEx tracking number was not associated with my address. When I contacted the seller they confirmed that the package was delivered to the wrong address and proposed the following... "To resolve this issue, we are offering you two options: -A 50% partial refund, since there has been a loss on our sides. -A full refund." Of course I opted for the full refund and did receive it. Why would I split THEIR loss?
