    We do not ship PWE. Regardless, of the postage used for your item, we use a minimum of rigid mailers or bubble mailers. Because of this its just not possible for us to offer free shipping. However, we think collectors should expect safe and secure shipping so while we do charge for shipping your card will always be shipped as securly as possible. Regardless, things still happen and the USPS is what it is. In those cases we will always work with you on lost or damaged items. As such we follow ebay policies and will always refund you when these things occur.
