  Seller sent Halloween tree that is loose from base. Contacted seller several times letting them know I liked it wanted to keep it but disappointed they didn't disclose it needed TLC. Description read "condition of the item is fully operational and functions as intended" and no where mentioned that tree was loose unstable from base. Seller eventually offered a partial refund, then when I agreed they ghosted me never sent refund & completely stopped responding. Buyers beware of dishonest seller
