  I had a small problem during shipping: the hood arrived dented, but the seller was very approachable and offered me a percentage of my money back or the return of the hood. We resolved the problem, but unfortunately the shipping company did not cooperate so that the hood arrived intact, without dents, as described. But I appreciate the seller's understanding and all the support provided. great price.

  Item was shipped out quickly but it took almost a month to arrive… tracking info did not update for several weeks. I wouldn’t consider it the seller’s fault though. Item finally arrived and was exactly as expected. Pleased with the seller on how quick they got the item sent out.

  Seller accepted my first offer which I was surprised but pleased with. Shift knob was new and original as pictured and described. There was only a small, short slash near the top but otherwise in excellent condition and clean. The part fit nicely. Part was packaged well in a strong box that matched closely to the size of the shift knob. It was not stationary in the box during shipment but was protected with a small bubble wrap bag. Many thanks. They were truly the "best pick".
