  This was masterfully painted and would highly recommend. My only complaint was that portions of this miniature were broken on arrival. This was pretty much an unavoidable risk. The package was well packed and super secure. Despite this, I was easily able to correct/fix the problems.

  The item was shipped with minimal protection and was broken into multiple pieces. I asked for refund of shipping and 20 bucks back. They gave me a 20 dollar credit in a future order instead of refunding shipping. When I buy a new item and it comes broken, you have failed in your end of the bargain. I wouldn't pay 50% for a broken model. I will use any of the many other thoughtful sellers for commissions.

  1. In the photos you took of the Daemon Prince, only the wings were detached; the rest of the model is in perfect condition. 2. The order was shipped for free. How can you ask us to refund the shipping costs? 3. We proposed that you return the model to us, and we would cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund. But you refused. 4. You received a $20 refund from us. Was it just a credit for future purchases? Refund half of the cost to you, which is simply incredible.Sorry.

  Amazing amazing amazing! These guys are wonderful at what they do! Paint job is amazing, details are so so good! Was packaged with lots of peanuts in the box and even around the sensitive parts! 100% recommend! Thank you guys again!!!
