  Full refund for item was issued. As was relayed in the messages, Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ebay provides a return shipping label for convenience, but it is optional use (different return shipping can also be utilized). In this case the Ebay label was used, so the cost of the Ebay's return shipping label was taken out of the refund amount. All this to say, we'd still like to offer apologies for the frustration with the transaction.
