  Not packaged well for shipping, ETB case had dents. A sealed ETB case was placed inside a box that had similar dimensions, with the outer box being a little deeper. Then they laid air packs on the top of the ETB case. The dents to the ETB case were on the bottom, where there were no air packs to protect the ETB case. Saving grace is the ETB case label and tape were intact. Might have avoided the damage if they just put a layer of air packs on the bottom too.

  Item was shipped double boxed, as all Pokemon is. We can not prevent every single issue that may occur in shipping, and just the fact alone we double box our items is more than most sellers can say. To add, this is the 1st of any issue we have heard from this buyer whatsoever, I think as buyer is aware what he is claiming as "damage" is beyond a stretch. If looking for absolutely pristine items, buy in person
