  I told the seller that the cake topper would not work as it was to flimsy. After a lot of chat, he or she did not address the issue. Anyone who purchased this topper be prepared to fix it yourself.

  Topper wasn't faulty in anyway, the customer was unhappy with the size/thickness of the card, which are both clearly stated on the listing. What she received was the same design as the photos, which are there for buyers to see prior to purchase. I politely explained I had never had an issue with this design before. As a gesture of goodwill I offered a partial refund which she rudely declined. I then chose to stop replying as the way in which she spoke to me was just plain obnoxious nasty & rude!
