  i had some of these refills from some time ago but not the dispenser. I saw this on Ebay-I think they must have been discontinued . It is in good condition & does work. The batteries were run down some since the item was older & I think the spray was probably not as strong-(an enclosed coupon for more refills expired in 2006). but did not expect to be brand new procuct so I am glad to have to use my existing refill cans. Seller accepted a lower offer & ssent it right away

  Thank you for positive feedback. As item title states, this was a "new" item in an unopened package from 2005 (20 years old). Thus, it would be normal for liquid parts of the product to degrade or reduce in volume. Glad it worked out for you!
