  I returned my item. Perfume was smelling old and like it was left in the sun and heat. Bought many items from this seller and to my dismay, I recurved a partial refund for return the perfume! No response from the seller.

  You forgot to mention that you've retuned the item without the box, used, with the actuator inserted in the perfume. You also tried to force the refund before the item was returned to us. Provided the condition in which the item was returned, and upon contacting eBay, the representative made the following deductions. We also responded to a subsequent case. Don't try to be dishonest with us and then blame us on the issues you've caused.
