  It arrived as promised and it looks new. The price was great compared to the one in Amazon. I haven't been able to test it because unfortunately I don't have the computer with me. I hope it is going to work as expected!

  The grinder works good, but seller didn’t mention that it was missing a gasket that I had to purchase for an additional $12, along with the lid they stated was missing.

  Not as described. Item received with a cracked front cover and missing the water funnel as indicated in the attached photo. I can cannibalize both items from my old unit but this requires disassembly of the new unit which may void my return options.

  I took a chance on an “open box” switch. When I found it was defective. Seller refunded purchase as soon as I contacted him without requiring a refund.

  I fell in love with this product by chance and was very excited to be able to purchase at the discounted price being offered. The bottle itself wasn’t in the best shape (ie some of the printing had rubbed off), but the seller had mentioned this prior.
