  This seller is fantastic! Our package arrived broken; our mail has a reputation for a reason! It was packaged well, but the post office here mishandles our packages, and perhaps it didn't stand a chance. The seller immediately issued a refund when we sent them an email and a picture of the broken skillet, and they also sent a nice note. They even refunded the shipping, going above and beyond our expectations!

  This was an extraordinary, exceptional transaction - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Super value for price, packaging, fast shipping (which your algorithms seems to prefer). But how to quantify the CARE with which this seller took with this transaction?
